If you have already ordered with PayPal and have not yet received your download insructions, please keep the following in mind:

1. Download instructions are sent to the email address you entered on the order form.

2. The download instructions sometimes end up in the "junk mail" or "spam" folders, especially on free email services such as Hotmail or Yahoo.

3. Though the email is sent out right after you order, it may take several mnutes if there is already high load on your email server.

If you ordered with 2CheckOut, there is a 24 hour processing delay on orders after the order is complete. Even if your card has already been charged, it does not mean the processing is completed (the card is usually charged immediately).

If you are sure you have not received your download instructions, please contact us and we will have them sent again.
