Feature Requests:

We always welcome feature requests, and always consider adding frequently requested features to later versions. However, because of the complexity of computer software, and obvious time and labor constraints, we are unable to add features to the software simply at any client's wish. We still welcome these requests, and encourage your requests using the community forums, but not through the technical support form in the customers section.


Code Modifications/Hacks:

As far as code modifications/hacks are concered, we are unable to provide technical support for these issues. This is so that we may focus on providing efficient customer service for the official code that we release. We have, however, set up forums to discuss these issues and we try to provide hints and help to customers as time allows.

At this time, we do not provide paid code customization services, in order to focus our efforts on developing and supporting our current software and future projects.
