Why do I get "404 File Not Found" errors on every article and category?

If you are receiving "404 file not found" errors with search engine friendly URLs enabled, you are most likely missing either the .htaccess or idx files that must be present in your Lore directory.

Also keep in mind that the search engine friendly URL feature requires Apache Web Server to function properly.

Some FTP clients will ignore files that begin with a dot. Please take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that the .htaccess file gets uploaded.
