The Automated Reply System is a special feature that can help you save a tremendous amount of time and money with customer support. When your customers attempt to email you an inquiry, the Automated Reply System automatically performs a full-text search on your knowledge base using their inquiry. Before an email is sent to you, the customer is presented with any relevant articles, giving them a chance to see if their question is already answered. It's a win-win situation, since the customer can most likely find the answer to their question instantly, and no email will ever be sent to your customer support department. If no articles are found or the customer still is unable to find the answer to their question, he/she still has the option to submit the inquiry to you. And, like many of Lore's other advanced features. the Automated Reply System can be enabled or disabled via the control panel.
