Changes:

- Fixed bug with double quotes in glossary term definitions
- Added some consistency checks during installation
- Added check to make sure .htaccess file exists if search engine friendly URLs are enabled


Upgrading Instructions:

Upload the full package, overwriting all files except /inc/config.inc.php.
